Masala Chass is a cool summer drink with a twist of masala in curd(yogurt). This is the perfect North Indian post lunch drink. Here I explain this with picture.

Method:
- Add 1/4 cup of curd, chopped green chilli, roasted cumin powder, chaat masala, black salt, pepper powder, salt, mint leaves, coriander leaves, ginger, asafetida into a blender.
- Blend it till smooth. You can use mixie or hand blender for blending.
- Add remaining curd, chilled water and blend until it becomes frothy.
- Serve with ice cubes (if adding) and garnish with coriander or mint leaves and a pinch of chaat masala or roasted cumin powder.
Notes:
- Use fresh curd for better taste
- Masala Chaas taste better when served thick so try adding less water. You can add more or less water according to your preference.
- Adjust the masalas' according to your preference.
