Ragi Dosa is a very healthy breakfast recipe. Ragi is also called as Kelvaragu or Finger Millet which contains so many health benefits. Here I am giving you step by step procedure for making this recipe with pictures.

Method:
- Wash and soak urad dal and fenugreek seeds for 2 hours.
- Grind soaked urad dal and fenugreek seeds until smooth and fluffy.
- Transfer to a vessel and close. Allow it to ferment for 6 to 8 hours.
- After it is fermented add ragi flour, salt and mix well without allowing lumps to form.
- Add water to get a consistency of dosa batter.
- Heat a dosa tawa and spread the batter, drizzle some oil around the dosa.
- Once it is cooked, flip it around and allow to cook other side also.
- Remove from the tawa.
Note:
- You can also add fried onions to the batter and make it as a dosa. It also tastes great.
- I used homemade ragi flour. You can also add instant ragi flour.
