Healthy fruit salad recipe which we usually have for breakfast can also be given as a dessert when guest arrives. I used custard powder for making this recipe but you can make your own custard. This recipe taste great with creamy custard and fruits of your preference.

Method:
- First boil the milk and let it cool.
- Mix custard powder in 1/4 cup of milk. Boil the remaining milk and add sugar. After sugar got dissolved reduce the flame, add the custard milk mixture and keep stirring.
- The milk will start thickening, after you got your required consistency switch off the flame and allow to cool completely. Cut all the fruits. After custard is cooled add it to the fruit mixture and refrigerate until serving.
Notes:
- There are different flavours of custard available like vanilla, pineapple, mango. You can use any flavour according to your preference I used vanilla flavour.
- You can add any fruits I added apple, pomegranate, orange, strawberry and banana.
- Before you mixing custard to fruits you can refrigerate the custard.
- When the custard is cooling it will become thick so keep an eye on consistency.
- When the custard thickened add milk to it to get required consistency.
- Cut fruits at the time when you mixing it with custard.
