My all time favorite thirst quencher sugarcane juice. These photos where taken during my recent trip to native where I got this farm fresh sugarcane juice crushed using machine during sugarcane harvest at the farm. Bought it home and added a little twist.
Method:
- To the sugarcane juice (2 cup) add ginger (1 inch chopped and crushed) and lemon juice(1/2 lemon juice) and mix well.
- Strain the juice
- Add ice cubes and serve cold
Note:
- I prefer to use machine crushed sugarcane juice than home prepared one because machine crushed will taste great anytime.
